SHIPPING POLICY

All in stock orders will be shipped within approximately 3-5 business days. 

Customers will receive an email after purchasing that will include a confirmation, and your packages tracking information. 

Please note, we are not responsible for any carrier delays. If you are experiencing an issue please reach out to the shipping provider directly using the tracking information we supply.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These issues will have to be dealt with directly through the shipping provider.

No cancellations can be made once an order is placed.

SALE ITEMS

All sales are final on sale items. Items may not be returned or exchanged.

RETURN TO SENDER

We do not accept return to sender.

RETURNS POLICY

No refunds or price adjustments will be issued for all merchandise site wide.

Items purchased from Stevie June may be exchanged for online store credit (in the form of a discount code) within 14 days of purchase. The discount code will be valid for 12 months from the date of receiving it. Item(s) must be returned in the original condition they were first bought. Stevie June items must be in original packaging and have all tags (if applicable). Shipping costs, fees, and return label costs will be subtracted from the total returned to you in the form of store credit. We hold the right to deny any return/exchange if the merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.

If you meet the above policy requirements and would like to move forward returning an item follow these steps:

1. Please send an email to  info@steviejune.com with your order number and a short explanation of why you would like to return the item(s)

2. We will be in contact with you to send a return shipping label, please allow our team 3-5 business days. 

3. Once we have received your return our team will email you a discount code within 2-3 business days, and your return will be complete.
